Home Warranty Plans
AgentOwned Realty can also assist you in obtaining a home warranty plan.
One year coverage for $350-450. The premium, deductible and coverage vary according to the warranty plan.

AgentOwned Realty is also a marketing firm for an insurance agency, in which it has a 50% ownership interest that can assist you in obtaining homeowners insurance. 
Premium: Varies according to the amount of coverage purchased, deductible selected, age of dwelling, type of construction and location of home among other factors such as, loss history and financial stability of the insured. However, for illustrative purposes, if the median value of homes sold in this area is $125,000 the corresponding average premium for a standard H03 policy with replacement cost would be approximately $680.00 per year. The average premium in the example cited above could further be reduced by a variety of discounts ranging from new home discounts (extended to homes less than 10 years of age) protective devices, multi-policy and retired discounts among others.

The cost of mortgage services varies and depends on the type of loan that a person selects. Typically, the charge is 1% of the loan amount. This can change depending on various factors such as the loan amount, the interest rate chosen, the loan program, etc.
AgentOwned Realty receives a financial or other benefit for providing or marketing these services to you.

55 Very Good Reasons to Obtain Title Insurance
1.      False personating of the true owner of the land and other instruments.
2.      Forged deeds, releases of mortgages and other instruments.
3.      Instruments executed under fabricated or expired powers of attorney. (Death or insanity of principal.)
4.      Deeds apparently valid but actually delivered after death of Grantor or Grantee, or without consent of Grantor.
