My name is Susie Schumm. I've been a REALTOR® for over three years. I have been awarded my ABR® designation after my name. It stands for Accredited Buyers Representative, it means I understand buyers and have taken classes specifically to help them. I love the smiles that come on my client's face when they've discovered the perfect house . The smiles continue as we sit at the closing table and the lawyer gives them the keys to their new home. What a thrill it is!

In my spare time I enjoy singing and helping out where I can at our church. My husband, Dennis, is an architect and has his own real estate license. We both also work for the SC Stingrays hockey team (ECHL) selling their merchandise - we have done this for about seven years. We've also ushered at the Dock Street and Footlights theatres. We both are originally from Nebraska and we've been married over 34 years. We've had the priviledge to travel a lot during our marriage and buy a lot of homes. I think that is why we are so passionate about helping others find a home and why we are your perfect choice to help you find yours.

We both believe in Jesus Christ as our personal Savior and we want you to know that 10% of what we earn from our commission goes back to our church, Isle of Palms Baptist Church or a related Christian charity. So by allowing us to help you, you help others!
